Emma Van den Brande

Emma Van den Brande worked for three years as a home care nurse at Wit-Gele Kruis, where she provided care and support to patients in their familiar home environment. In this role, she gained extensive experience in guiding patients with various care needs, always with an eye for their personal situation.

After her family expanded, Emma decided to transition to the European Hip Center. This new challenge aligns with her desire to guide patients in a structured and involved manner within a specialised care pathway.

As a care coordinator, Emma aims to be a point of contact for patients throughout their care pathway. She values clear communication, a listening ear, and a personal approach, tailored to each patient's values and norms.
