No-show policy.
Your time is valuable, and so is ours. When you book an appointment, time is reserved especially for you.
Timely cancellation
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance via the online calendar or by telephone via 014/54.52.44.
Late cancellation / No-show
In the event of a no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment, the practice reserves the right to charge a fixed compensation fee at the standard reimbursement rate.
Please note
This fee constitutes an administrative cost for a lost time slot and is not a medical service.
You will not receive a certificate of care for this, and no reimbursement from the health insurance fund is possible. By confirming your appointment, you explicitly agree to these terms and conditions.
